ABOUT THE TICKETS

FOR MEMBERS: Ticket price as a deposit for your seat reservation

We ask for your understanding that if the number of places is limited, we will use a deposit ticket to secure a place for you and other members. Your ticket will be refunded after the event if you show up at the event. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the event, we will also refund your ticket. If you cancel within 48 hours before the start of the event or do not show up at the event, we will not be able to refund your ticket.

FOR HERAS TO BE (non-members): Purchase of a ticket to participate in the event

We ask for your understanding that we charge a ticket price to secure you a place at this event. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the event, we will refund your ticket.
