Shared Spaces, Meaningful Connections
At The Hera House, every detail is designed to create connection — through conversation, through shared meals, and through the beautiful spaces we live in.
Our finca offers six thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each unique in character and comfort.
All rooms are intended to be shared by two women, as we believe there’s something deeply inspiring about the energy that arises when women share space — conversations that flow, laughter that happens naturally, and connections that go beyond the retreat itself.
We also understand that some women may feel called to enjoy more solitude and privacy.
That’s why every room can be requested as a private option in the application form below.
However, as we curate the group and room assignments with great care to ensure harmony and balance, we can’t guarantee private use for every request.
Priority will be given to shared bookings so that we can offer this experience to ten women in total.
Each room is beautifully designed with high-quality bedding, natural light, and a serene Mediterranean aesthetic — creating the perfect balance between calm, comfort, and connection.
The investment for your Hera House experience ranges from 2.100 € to 2.600 € per person, depending on your chosen room category.

*BOOKING & REFUND POLICY
Application & Booking Process
After submitting your application for The Hera House · Mallorca 2026 (March 4–10), you will receive a personal confirmation from our team within 7 days.
We carefully review each application to curate a harmonious and inspiring group.
Once your spot has been confirmed, you will receive all details for the 50 % deposit, which secures your booking.
The remaining 50 % balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (by February 3, 2026).
Your booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of this experience and the advance commitments to our partners, all payments are non-refundable, including in cases of illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another suitable participant who meets the Hera House application criteria.
We’re happy to assist by sharing your place within our network, but the responsibility to find a replacement remains with you.
If no replacement is found, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.
Media & Photography
Please note that photo and video content will be captured throughout the retreat by our professional photographer and social media team.
This material may be used for marketing, social media, and future communication purposes by The Hera Circle / The Hera House and selected partner brands.
Of course, your privacy is always respected — if you prefer not to appear in specific shots, simply let our team know on site.
A selected partner brand may also join us on location, curating a special activation during International Women’s Day (March 8).
Room Assignments & Private Requests
All room constellations at The Hera House Mallorca are curated with care by our team to ensure harmony and balance within the group.
The preferred setup for all rooms is shared occupancy, allowing ten women to experience the full connection, exchange, and synergy this space was designed for.
Requests for private room use can be indicated in the application form and will be considered with love and attention.
However, these requests depend on the overall group constellation and number of shared bookings received.
Shared rooms are given priority, and private bookings can only be confirmed if availability allows.
Final room assignments within each category will be made by our team.
We take into account both practical and energetic balance — creating the most aligned combinations possible.
Room swaps or changes on site are not possible.
