Our finca offers six beautifully designed bedrooms, each shared by two women to encourage connection, ease, and meaningful exchange. While shared rooms are at the heart of the experience, private rooms can be requested in the application form, subject to availability. Rooms are assigned with care to ensure harmony within the group. Every space features high-quality bedding, natural light, and a serene Mediterranean aesthetic, creating a balance of comfort, calm, and connection.

We know that big decisions deserve space, including financially. That’s why you can secure your place at The Hera House with a flexible payment plan in three installments: 50% upon booking to confirm your spot, 25% in January 2026 and 25% in February 2026. Your place is officially confirmed once the first payment is received. All prices include accommodation, full board, workshops, and sessions, excluding travel costs.

Due to the exclusive nature of this experience and the advance commitments to our partners, all payments are non-refundable, including in cases of illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another suitable participant who meets the Hera House application criteria. We’re happy to assist by sharing your place within our network, but the responsibility to find a replacement remains with you. If no replacement is found, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.

After submitting your application for The Hera House · Mallorca 2026 (March 4–10), you will receive a personal confirmation from our team within 7 days. We carefully review each application to curate a harmonious and inspiring group. Once your spot has been confirmed, you will receive all details for the 50 % deposit, which secures your booking. The remaining 50 % balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (by February 3, 2026). Your booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Please note that photo and video content will be captured throughout the retreat by our professional photographer and social media team and may be used for marketing, social media, and future communications by The Hera Circle and The Hera House, as well as selected partner brands. Your privacy is always respected, and if you prefer not to appear in specific shots, you can simply inform our team on site. A selected partner brand may also join us during the retreat to curate a special activation for International Women’s Day on March 8.

All room constellations at The Hera House Mallorca are carefully curated by our team to ensure harmony and balance within the group. Shared occupancy is the preferred setup, allowing ten women to fully experience the connection, exchange, and synergy this space is designed for. Requests for private rooms can be noted in the application form and will be considered thoughtfully, depending on overall availability and the number of shared bookings. Shared rooms are prioritized, and private bookings can only be confirmed if space allows. Final room assignments are made by our team with attention to both practical needs and energetic balance, and room changes on site are not possible.

We highly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations or travel disruptions. By submitting your application and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
