About the event
Lets start this sunday together. We gather on the beach for a gentle yoga flow guided by Hera member Laura, moving in harmony with the waves and the golden morning light. This is our time to breathe deeply, let go, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.
After the practice, we’ll share a cozy brunch by the shore – enjoying food, laughter, and presence in our women’s community @Petite Nolas Portixol
