About the event
This time, Hera Sandra Socha will enrich us with valuable knowledge on the topic of "Ayurveda: Holistic Lifestyle & Inner Glow". At the end there will be an open question and answer session.
Topic description:
For more than 20 years, Sandra's heart has beaten for the millennia-old Indian healing art of Ayurveda. She lives and loves the holistic way of life and would like to share it with you Heras in a relaxed setting.
To talk about the holistic lifestyle, which is much more than nutrition, yoga and meditation, Sandra serves us her delicious Shatavari Oja Blissballs, which are true women's power balls thanks to the special women's medicinal herb.
