Join us for an evening of deep nourishment and connection.
We’ll begin with gentle Yin practices to support you in arriving in your body and softening into your feminine energy. Through breath, nourishing movement, and embodied awareness, you'll reconnect with your inner landscape — calm, receptive, and alive.
Following this embodied arrival, we’ll open a sacred cacao ceremony using soft, feminine cacao from Ibiza — a heart-opening elixir to awaken your intuitive wisdom and deepen your connection to self.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply calming sound bath. Through gentle, harmonious frequencies, your body and nervous system can release, restore, and return to a natural state of balance.
This evening is an invitation to bathe in your softness — loving, open, relaxed, and radiant.
