“Move into flow” would like to invite you to enter into a deep connection with your heart and your intuition. Using elements from dance therapy, we will move into free dance and guided movement and relaxation exercises.

A protected space awaits you in which we will meet with respect and connect with one another.

Because where we are in contact with ourselves, we can meet others.

What you should bring: Pen & paper for journaling, a blanket, comfortable clothes and water

Duration: 2 hours (5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
