Sensual Flow Workshop

The 3-hour "Sensual Flow" workshop with Hera Member and Tantra Teacher Kristina Molotnikova invites you to explore your sensual nature and embark on an adventurous journey to yourself.

You will go on a journey of discovery into your body and explore yourself, your energy, your body through feeling, perception, touch, breathing and movement.

Together we will invite the state of flow, surrender and relaxation so that you can feel more enjoyment in your life. This will enable you to feel more joy and lightness and to detach yourself from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

During the workshop you will learn various exercises from Tantra and Taoism that will help you to establish a deeper connection with yourself, explore your own sexuality and intimacy and connect with your body and your sensual nature. This will help you to consciously perceive your body and listen to your own energy.

Using the power of touch, breath and movement, we will create a space that allows you to completely relax, awaken your senses and connect with your feminine essence.
