In this intensive session we combine the dynamic breathing practice of Psychedelic Breath with the spherical sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs:

– In several rounds we go through a powerful breathing practice that can lead you into extraordinary states of consciousness and is accompanied by electronic music.

– During the rest periods you bathe in the magical sounds and vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls and Gongs.

The combination of these two techniques can take you into deep, meditative states by changing your brain waves. It can also release physical, mental and emotional blockages.

Each session has a specific theme that can support you in your spiritual growth and current processes.
