Summer is ending I Cacao Zeremonie & Sound Bath

The morning begins with a mindful cacao ceremony that invites us to pause and open our hearts to what really moves us. Cacao, known for its heart-opening effect, helps us to feel inside ourselves and create space for everything we want to let go of or consciously take with us into the new season.

In an open group, we have the opportunity to share our thoughts and feelings. Sharing in the group fosters a deep sense of connection and community.

After the sharing, a short sound bath awaits you to guide you into deep relaxation. The gentle sounds help you to integrate the impressions of the evening and find inner peace. 

To round off your time together, you will have the opportunity to use the power of journaling to record your experiences and clearly formulate your intentions for the time ahead. In the meantime, we will serve you a few nourishing snacks.

Spend a Sunday morning with us full of warmth, mindfulness and inner reflection. Treat yourself to this precious time for yourself to welcome autumn with an open heart and clear thoughts.

What is included in the ticket: 

Cacao for the ceremony, tea, water and a few small nourishing snacks

What to bring: 

Warm socks and comfortable clothes you feel comfortable in as we will be sitting together in a cozy circle with blankets and co on the floor. Please bring your journal and something to write in.
