Education, society, demands and expectations of us have told us how we should behave, how we should be a “good girl”. Don’t be wild, don’t be too loud, don’t be too playful.

Stop it.

We are here to live our full potential - free from old patterns and rules that no longer serve us.

The “wild”, “passionate” woman in us wants to be free, wants to live her life according to her own wishes – to be the pure essence.

The essence as which she came into this world - before she was told who she should be.

Let us develop our potential.

Process:

We will meet in the quiet Calm Zone in the TRU Gym Düsseldorf and experience 2 hours full of sisterhood, inner work and emotional release. Report to the gym reception and show your ticket. You will then be shown where to find the Calm Zone.

The Hera Circle founder Melli Zampanella will lead the ceremony and accompany you on your journey to your inner goddess.

Comfortable clothes - we don't move much, but we sit in a circle on the floor.

All you have to do is show up, we'll do the rest!

This event is for Hera members only. There are 10 places. Confirmation is required for planning purposes.

FOR MEMBERS: Ticket price as a deposit for your seat reservation

We ask for your understanding that if the number of places is limited, we will use a deposit ticket to secure a place for you and other members. Your ticket will be refunded after the event if you show up to the event. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the event starts, we will also refund your ticket. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event or do not show up to the event, we cannot refund your ticket.
